Q: “How do I choose the correct belt size?”

We recommend two reliable methods:

  1. Measure an existing belt (preferred) – Take a belt you currently wear comfortably. Measure from the buckle’s inner edge (where the prong attaches) to the hole you use most often. That length (in inches or cm) is your ideal belt size.
  2. Use your pants size – Add 4 inches (≈10 cm) to your US pants/jeans size and round up if needed. Example: pants size 32 → belt size 36.

⚠️ Do not use your bare waist measurement – belts sit differently on your body, and pant sizes vary between brands. If you're between sizes, contact our support team for personalized advice.

Q: “Do you guys offer a refund or exchange?”

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:

  • Specify which template and version you are using.
  • Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.

Q: “Can I change the buckle of my belt?”

It depends on the specific product. Many of our belts feature a detachable buckle system, allowing you to swap styles easily. Others are fixed (one‑piece construction). Please check the “Buckle Type” info on the product page or ask our support team.

Q: “What is split cowhide leather?”

Split cowhide leather is made of the second layer of cowhide, with fine texture, good flexibility and strong wear resistance. It is a high-cost performance leather material specially used for premium men's belts.

Q: “Is split cowhide durable for daily use?”

Absolutely. Our split cowhide belts feature tough texture, stretch resistance and long service life. It maintains good softness and shape after long-term wearing, far more durable than ordinary synthetic leather.

Q: “Are your belts made of split cowhide?”

We adopt selected genuine split cowhide leather for most belt styles. With exquisite cutting and eco-friendly plant tanning craftsmanship, it is durable, not easy to crack or deform, perfect for business and daily casual matching.

Q: “What payment methods do you accept?”

We offer secure and convenient payment options:

  • Within 1 hour – if the order has not entered processing, contact our support team with your order number. We will try our best to help.
  • Already shipped – we cannot modify or cancel shipped orders. If the size does not fit, please follow our return & exchange policy.

Q: “How soon will my order ship?”
  • In‑stock items – usually within 1‑3 business days.
  • Holidays & sales – may add 1‑2 extra days; we will notify you on our website and via email.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Q: “How do I use a discount code?”

Enter your discount code in the “Discount / Gift card” field at checkout and click “Apply”. Only one code per order. Some codes cannot be combined with already discounted items – terms apply.

Shipping & Logistics

Q: “Which countries do you ship to?”

We ship worldwide to most regions, including: USA, Canada, UK, EU countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. Remote areas (small islands, military APOs) may not be supported – the checkout system will validate your address.

Q: “How much does shipping cost? How long does delivery take?”

We offer two shipping tiers:

Standard Shipping – 7‑15 business days, cost calculated at checkout (most economical)

Express Shipping – 3‑7 business days (available for major markets like North America, Western Europe, Japan, South Korea) – higher cost but faster

All delivery times are business days (excl. weekends & public holidays). Remote areas may add 2‑5 extra days.

Q: “How do I track my order?”

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log into “My Account” → “Order History” to see real‑time updates. If your package is delayed beyond the expected window, please contact the courier first with your tracking number, or reach out to our support team.

Q: “What if my package gets lost in transit?”

All parcels are insured for the full value. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, front desk, or neighbors.
  2. Contact the local carrier (USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, etc.) for delivery details.
  3. If officially confirmed lost, provide us with the carrier’s lost confirmation – we will arrange a free reshipment or full refund.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer are not covered – always double‑check your shipping details.

Q: “An item is out of stock. Will it be restocked?”

Most popular styles are restocked regularly. If a product is discontinued due to material or production changes, it will be marked “Discontinued”. Subscribe to our email alerts to be notified when stock returns.

Returns & Warranty

Q: “What is your return policy?”

We offer a customer‑friendly return policy: 30‑day no‑questions‑asked returns from the delivery date.

Return conditions – Items must be unworn, unmarked, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs:

  • Buyer’s remorse (size/color change, changed mind) – paid by buyer.
  • Seller’s fault (defect, wrong item, missing parts) – we cover both ways.

Refund timing – After we receive and inspect the return (5‑7 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your card issuer’s processing time may add extra days.

Q: “The belt does not fit. Can I exchange it for another size?”

Absolutely. We understand belt sizing can be tricky.

  • Contact our support team with your order number and the desired size.
  • Pack the unworn belt (you may lightly try it on without leaving indentations) and send it to our returns center.
  • Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct size to you for free.

Most belts flex ±1 size, so many exchange requests are easy to accommodate.

Q: “What if my belt has a manufacturing defect (loose thread, buckle issue, cracking leather)?”

We are sorry for the inconvenience. All our belts come with a 12‑month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our team will assess within 24 hours. If confirmed a production fault, we will repair or replace the belt free of charge, and cover all shipping fees.

Normal wear & tear, improper storage (e.g., damp environment), or user damage is not covered.

Q: “How should I care for my genuine leather belt to extend its life?”

Follow these simple guidelines:

  • Daily cleaning – Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Never use wet wipes or soak the leather – moisture makes leather hard.
  • Conditioning – Apply a small amount of colorless leather conditioner or cream every 2‑3 months, especially on the middle section that flexes most.
  • Avoid – Shoe polish, alcohol, or harsh chemicals – they strip natural oils and cause cracking.
  • If wet – Blot with a soft cloth and air‑dry in a cool, ventilated area away from direct sun or heat (no hairdryers).
  • Storage – Lay flat on a smooth surface or hang on a padded hanger. Do not fold tightly or cram into a crowded drawer.
Q: “How do I clean canvas or woven belts?”

Canvas and woven belts (casual styles) are low‑maintenance:

  • Spot‑clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoiding metal hardware.
  • Do not machine wash – soaking may cause shrinkage or damage the buckle.
  • For elastic/nylon webbing, keep away from sharp objects; air‑dry after gentle hand wash.
