This page explains returns, size exchanges, refunds, and warranty support for Fabio Valenti belts purchased from Beltnow.com, the official independent online store for Fabio Valenti.
30-day return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Contact us before sending an item back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
How to start a return
Email landmarkbelt@gmail.com or use Live Chat. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and the reason for the request.

Return and exchange shipping
- Approved product quality issue: We will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost.
- Wrong size selected by the customer: The customer pays the cost of returning the original belt. We cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement belt.
- Other eligible returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we confirm otherwise.
Please contact us before returning a belt for a different size. You do not need to place a separate order for an approved size exchange.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
12-month manufacturing defect warranty
Fabio Valenti belts include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations. For an approved manufacturing defect, we will provide the appropriate resolution and cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items clearly marked as clearance.
- Customized, personalized, or specially ordered items, unless they have an approved manufacturing defect.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If an order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Payment providers and banks may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
