At Favio Valenti, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:


  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags, if applicable

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:


  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:


  • 2–5 business days for inspection and approval

  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
