How the labeled belt size is measured
For pin-buckle belts, measure from the buckle-end fold of the strap to the center hole, excluding the buckle.
- Single size
- A 40.0 in center-hole measurement corresponds to Size 40.
- Paired size
- A 37.0 in center-hole measurement corresponds to Size 36–38.
This measurement defines the size label. Use the calculator’s wearing-waist recommendation to choose your fit.
Measure over trousers in inches. Chart units do not change the input.
